Noise-canceling windows

The Old Town is a calm place to live, work, and party. But, to ensure that your sleep will be uninterrupted, we installed 3-layer windows that keep all the noise outside. Also, they keep the place fresh and cold while you are out!

Position

Diana 2 is situated on the second floor. While entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in a small hallway that can be used to put some big things, such as strollers. The moment you leave your apartment, you'll be on the most beautiful street.

Air condition

Dubrovnik in summer is very hot, so after a long day on the beach, you'll be thrilled to go back to your apartment and turn the AC on. We recommend leaving it on during the night (on minimum) with closed windows. Then, you'll be free from any outside noise and fresh in the morning.

Wi-Fi

Even if you need it only for browsing, or you're digital nomad in need of a stable internet connection - you are in the right place. Each apartment is equipped with its own router that secures the signal and network speed. Fast and reliable with 50 Mbit/s!

Regarding your arrival by car, please do not drive towards the road next to the Old Town, as a new traffic regulation has recently been introduced — only vehicles with a special permit are allowed. The restricted zone begins just after the entrance to the public garage at Ilijina Glavica (Zagrebačka Street). Here you can find the section related to the “brown permit” that concerns your case under Article 13 and Article 14. https://www.dubrovnik.hr/uploads/pages/351/1-DECISION-on-the-conditions-for-vehicle-access-to-circulation-within-and-exit-from-the-traffic.pdf Here you can prepay and reserve parking at Pile Gate or below the cable car building, which allows you temporary access or parking during the paid parking period. https://prepaidparking.sanitat.hr/ A good option is the open-air Grand Parking Dubrovnik in the Gruž area, about 2.5 km from the Old Town. It offers more reasonable prices and a convenient location, with easy access to the city (Pile Gate entrance) by bus, taxi, or Uber. https://www.grandparking-dubrovnik.com/ If you prefer a closed garage, the best choice is the parking facility at Ilijina Glavica, located just 1.5 km from the Old Town. If you’re not carrying heavy luggage, you can even walk to the Old Town from here — it takes about 20 minutes. https://www.bestinparking.com/en/hr/garage/garaza-iiijina-glavica In any case, you won’t need a car during your stay, as everything is within walking distance from the apartment. Also, if your car is a rental and you won’t need it after visiting Dubrovnik, it’s best to return it right away – preferably at a rental location in the city center and then take a short taxi or Uber ride to the Old Town (Pile Gate entrance). Guests can use several public parking options in Dubrovnik:
  • Best in Parking – Ilijina Glavica – main recommended public garage near the Old Town
  • Grand Parking Dubrovnik Gruž – large public parking area suitable for longer stays
Special Permit Zone: The area from Ilijina Glavica toward the Old Town, including Pile parking and the Cable Car lower station, is under a special traffic regime. Vehicle access and stopping are restricted without a valid permit. Please use the recommended garages and continue on foot or by taxi.
